In the US –50% of our kids are overweight or obese and 33% have prediabetes. a metabolic disease- meaning they have high blood sugar, blood pressure, or cholesterol. And 77% of young adults aren’t eligible for the military because they are overweight. Life expectancy in Europe is 6-7 years longer
